Volunteer Opportunities

There are many ways to serve God, your community, and your church at Long Lake Lutheran. Here are some:

Worship Services: usher, greeter, reader, help in the kitchen, musician, worship assistant, video production

Property: lawn mowing, weed whipping, sweeping, equipment maintenance, shoveling, cleaning, weeding, care for memorial garden and rain garden beside garage

Fellowship: helping in the kitchen, softball fan club, bringing treats to share

Communications: keeping printed materials up to date, designing logo, maintaining FaceBook, Website, other social media

Education and Youth: teach, assist, provide music or entertainment, meal prep, help with Vacation Bible School

Congregational Life: plan/implement/host events and functions throughout the year for the congregation and for community outreach

Live Nativity: actors, bring animals, help with set up and take down of scenery, production assistant

Archivist/Historian: taking care of saved materials and archival and historical documents
