There are two youth accounts: the Workcamp Account and the Youth Fund
Both accounts will be “audited” be the new CPA this week

5. Pastor Rhonda shared that we will have three youth reps who will not have a vote at council meetings however will be encouraged to attend council meetings and youth meetings and give their feedback. The three proposed youth reps are: Kim Schmidt 11th grade, Logan Anderson 10th grade, Chance Laidly 9th grade.
6. Formal thank-you needs to be made to the nursery for their generous contribution to the youth mission for the plant sale. Kim will provide a thank-you on Weds Nov 4th and get signatures from the other youth who attended the mission trip.
7. South Dakota Mission trip has tentative registrations of 13 youth. Pastor Rhonda will be a chaperone and we will need a male chaperone for the trip to South Dakota.
